EMC│Organic-Inorganic Hybrid filler
EMC is an organic-inorganic hybrid filler,where calcium carbonate adheres to the surface of the plastic microsphere.
EMC is a hollow microsphere and effective in lightening weight or gaining bulk easily by adding only a small amount of EMC into paint or plastic.
EMC will contribute to some additional kinds of functions (e.g. heat insulation, matting surface, easy shaving and etc…) to your products and lead to cost reduction. EMC is very easy to handle, because calcium carbonate adhering to the surface of the microsphere restrains the microsphere from scattering.

- Scattering of EMC is considerably reduced compared with a plastic microsphere itself, but wear dust mask for safety when using EMC.
- Calcium carbonate has possibility of separating a little from a plastic microsphere.
